Only items that are in stock are offered for sale online. Very occasionally we may sell out of an item just as you place your order and before we have a chance to update the website. If this happens, we will email you asap offering a full refund or a replacement or the option to have a new batch dyed for you.

Larger Quantities & Commissions

If you require a larger number of an item than is available please email me detailing what you require and we will send you a quote and delivery time.

Postage & Packing

Shipping is now entirely weight based for UK and anywhere in the world. This means if you only want a very small item or 1 hank of lace weight then thats all you'll have to pay for and you will also have the choice of shipping 1st or 2nd class to save a few more pennies.

To find out the cost of shipping your order place your items in the basket and go to the checkout, you will be asked for an email address and your delivery address, this enables the cart to calculate the cost of sending that weight to that address by 1st class, 2nd class, special delivery and standard parcel delivery, you will then be able to select which ever shipping method is best for you.
