Each button in individually handmade. After firing, the buttons are sanded and polished to produce a glass like surface. Each button within a collection is unique. The sets of buttons are unrepeatable so always order enough to complete your project.

Polymer clay is particularly suitable for making buttons for knitwear. The clay is extremely light when cured, but the buttons are strong and machine washable. The only thing to avoid is dry cleaning as the chemicals used in the cleaning process can damage the buttons also avoid tumble driers.
