Only items that are in stock are offered for sale online. Very occasionally we may sell out of an item just as you place your order and before we have a chance to update the website. If this happens, we will email you asap offering a full refund or a replacement or the option to have a new batch dyed for you.
Larger Quantities & Commissions
If you require a larger number of an item than is available please email me detailing what you require and we will send you a quote and delivery time.

Postage & Packing
Shipping is weight based for UK and anywhere in the world.
To find out the cost of shipping your order place your items in the basket and go to the checkout, you will be asked for an email address and your delivery address, this enables the cart to calculate the cost of sending that weight to that address.
Obtaining the postal quote does not mean you have to continue with the order and none of your details will be stored unless you choose to create an account.
Items from stock paid by card should be dispatched within 24-48 hrs on working days.
If you don’t like your Yarn Gallery purchase, return it, no questions asked.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed to be faulty. A refund will be made within 14 calender days of receipt of the item or proof of postage. Alternatively, we are also be happy to exchange any items.
Items must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and must be free from any damage. Items not in the original condition which cannot be resold, will be returned to you and not refunded.
Refunds will be processed using the method of payment that you have used.
